Privacy Policy

Any information I receive about customers from SaatchiArt, Etsy or eBay or directly will be used for the sole purpose of completing and delivering their order and ensuring they are satisfied customers.

The information will not be kept thereafter in an electronic database other than the lists of completed orders, in my account, on the SaatchiArt, Etsy or eBay systems.  I will not use the information to contact past customers for marketing purposes.

A copy of each order will be printed for the purposes of making sure I send exactly what has been ordered to the correct address and then to be a financial record to support my annual accounts. These will be kept in a file in my home and will be destroyed by shredding after 7 years.

Similarly, any information received from potential customers requesting quotes or proposals, will be used for this sole purpose and their details not stored electronically in a database afterwards.
